Our service includes situation analysis, AI chat coaching, content generation, and voice/video features depending on your subscription tier. All advice is generated by artificial intelligence and is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Wing Diva provides AI-generated dating and relationship guidance. This is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or mental health services. If you are experiencing relationship abuse, mental health crises, or emotional distress, please contact a qualified professional or crisis helpline. Wing Diva is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Wing Diva. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree not to use Wing Diva to generate content that is harassing, threatening, or intended to manipulate or deceive others. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI systems. You will not share your account with others or use the service for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
Wing Diva offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not exceeded the free tier usage limits. Usage limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
The Wing Diva platform, including its design, features, and AI models, is the intellectual property of Wing Diva Technologies. Content generated by the AI in response to your inputs is provided for your personal use. You retain ownership of any original content you submit to the platform.
Wing Diva is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to relationship outcomes, emotional distress, or decisions made based on AI-generated advice. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
