When you use our AI coaching features, we process the dating situations and questions you submit to generate personalized advice. We also collect standard usage data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve the service.
We use your information to provide and improve Wing Diva's AI coaching services, process your subscription and payments, send you account-related communications, and analyze usage patterns to enhance our product. Your dating situations and conversations are processed by our AI models to generate advice but are not shared with other users or third parties.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, with all data encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain your conversation history to improve your experience and allow you to review past advice. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Wing Diva uses artificial intelligence to analyze your dating situations and provide advice. The content you submit is processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. We do not use your personal conversations to train AI models. AI-generated advice is for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional counseling.
We use third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), authentication (Supabase/Google), AI processing, and voice generation (ElevenLabs). These providers have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your conversation history or request complete account deletion by contacting us at privacy@wingdiva.ai. We will respond to data requests within 30 days.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of Wing Diva after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
